Data we process
The website has no user accounts, newsletter, or analytics tools. The project creator lets you send a brief and contact details directly from the website. Answers are sent to the server only when you click “Send brief”. We do not profile users or make automated decisions.
- Technical visit data, such as an IP address, request date and time, browser type, and error information, may be present in hosting infrastructure logs.
- Information voluntarily provided in an email or project creator, including the sender’s address, name, message, optional phone number, and project details needed to respond. The brief is delivered to our mailbox; the creator does not store it in a separate database.
Purposes and legal bases
- Operating, securing, and diagnosing the website — our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
- Responding to a message and corresponding with you — taking steps prior to entering into a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, or our legitimate interest in handling enquiries under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Recipients and international transfers
Data may be processed by providers of hosting, content delivery, infrastructure security, email, and technical support, only to the extent needed to provide their services and under appropriate agreements.
If an infrastructure provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer relies on a GDPR mechanism, in particular an adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses.
Retention
- Technical logs are retained only for as long as needed for security, infrastructure operation, and incident investigation, in line with the hosting provider’s rotation cycle. Specific records may be retained longer when needed to handle an incident or claim.
- We retain correspondence until the matter is closed and then no longer than necessary to protect against potential claims or meet legal obligations.
Your rights
Depending on the legal basis and circumstances, you may request access, correction, erasure, or restriction of your data and object to processing based on our legitimate interests.
You may lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office. Providing information in an email is voluntary, but without contact details we may be unable to respond.
Cookies
The website uses no advertising or analytics tools and stores no optional cookies. When you change the language using the language switcher, we store the strictly necessary gesel_language cookie for one year across the domain. It is used only to remember the selected language and is not used for analytics, profiling, or advertising. Without this cookie the website never redirects you to a different language version.
The infrastructure may use only other mechanisms strictly necessary for security, data transmission, and correct website delivery. Any future solution requiring consent will be preceded by an update to this policy and an appropriate consent mechanism.
